Policha Laadu / Roti Laddoo is one dish that is extremely close to my heart. It brings with it countless memories of my Aai who used to give me this satisfying, sweet and filling treat in my lunch box to eat during the short school break!! Those weren’t the days when you gave your kids readymade tidbits to eat. Everything was homemade and it was relished for the love it brought along. It filled the hearts as well as the little tummies. This snack is a quick fix for those days when you are hard-pressed for time and cannot think of anything to give in the short lunch break. Or it can be a jhatpat dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. Any which ways, this healthy and wholesome recipe is surely an alltime favourite with people in my generation at least, when we did not have access to pastas and noodles of the instant sort.
