Ingredients
- For base :
- 1cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 spoon dry yeast
- 1 spoon sugar
- 2 tsp oil
- For the sauce :
- 1 cut onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 capsicum
- 4-5 garlic pods
- Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- ½ tsp. Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese,
- 1 cup veges of your choice
- (I used red, yellow and green bell peppers and baby corn)
Instructions
- Dissolve the dry yeast along with sugar in water. Wait till it foams. Knead the flour into a soft dough with oil and the yeast added. Adjust water. Keep covered for an hour.
- After an hour, reknead it and spread out in a round. Lightly cook it on a hot tawa with a little oil.
- For the sauce: Sauté the cut onion, tomatoes, capsicum and garlic pods in oil.
- Cook well. Grind in a mixie.
- Heat oil in the same pan, add the paste, salt to taste, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and tomato ketchup.
- Spread this sauce on the base, add grated mozzarella cheese, the vegetables of your choice.
- Heat a flat non-stick pan. Add a little oil. Transfer the loaded pizza onto it. Cover n cook till the cheese melts. Note : I've made this on a flat non-stick pan, without using an oven at all.
