Ingredients
- 3-4 leftover/stale chapatis
- 1 tbsp vertically, finely cut cabbage
- 1 tbsp vertically cut carrot
- 1 tbsp verticslly cut onion
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp oil
Instructions
- Cut the stale chapatis into thin, vertical strips as shown in the picture.
- Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the ginger, garlic and onions. Saute till transparent.
- Then mix in the cabbage and carrot and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the sauces. Mix well.
- Lastly, add the cut chapatis with salt to taste, toss lightly and serve while hot.
- Servings : 1 person
