Rich, dark, sinful, chocolaty!!! All things that a chocolate cake should be!

Here’s an extremely quick and simple recipe for a One Bowl Easy Chocolate Cake. Because there’s absolutely nothing as eating too much cake, is there?!

And because nothing can beat the feeling of digging into a huge piece of gooey, chocolaty cake.

And because it’s Christmas!!!

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup refined vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions

Preheat microwave on convection mode at 220 degrees C.
Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients, except the boiling water.
Whisk together for 3-4 minutes.
Right at the end, mix in the boiling water.
Pour into a pre-greased pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Test in the center with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Servings : 10-12 pieces
Ready in : 45 Minutes
