Ingredients
- 1 big bowl cooked Maggi Masala Noodles
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 bell peppers each - red, green, yellow
- 1 cup finely cut cabbage and carrots
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- salt to taste
- kneaded dough for 4 rotis
- oil for shallow frying
- chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- Chop the leftover Maggi into tiny pieces.
- In a pan, heat oil, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute onions till transparent.
- Add all the vegetables and spice powders.
- Stir well and mix in the tomato ketchup and salt.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves and switch off gas.
- Roll out 4 thickish rotis.
- Stuff the mixture between two rotis and seal as shown in the picture. Repeat for the remaining two rotis as well.
- Shallow fry on a hot pan with a little oil till crisp on both sides.
- Cut and serve your creation!
